Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on June 1, 2022 in response to a self-reported incident regarding the supervision of children and forbidden action. The Department was notified of the incident on May 19, 2022. On June 1, the inspector was on site from 10:00am to approximately 3:00pm. Interviews were completed, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support violations of the standards. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
