An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on August 23, 2023. The complaint was regarding allegations of non-compliance with the physical plant and building maintenance. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made at the center.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
