During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 12/03/2024 and completed on 12/03/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 2:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 76 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and seven staff records on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 12/03/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center must request a search of the central registry prior to the employee's first day of employment.

The central registry search for Staff #1 was requested six days after the day of employment.
Plan of Correction: Central registry searches are now being requested at the time of employment.

The center is required to have every agent of an applicant for licensure as a child day center undergo a background check every five years.

The most recent national criminal background check for Agent #2 was overdue by nine months.
