An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 06/25/24 and completed on 06/25/24. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations on 08/13/24 as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 1:25pm and ended at 4:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
