An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/21/2024 and completed on 12/03/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 11/19/2024 relating to the supervision of children. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
