Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 31 2023 between 9:30am and 10:45am. There were 12 children in the direct care of the provider and 2 assistants. The children were observed playing, participating in circle time, reading, and riding on cars. Household records, child records, the physical space, and the emergency drills were reviewed as well as various other documents. A violation was cited on the violation notice page.
