Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted August 17 2022 between 10:45am and 11:45am. There were 12 children in the direct care of 3 caregivers. Children were observed playing with cars, preparing for lunch, washing hands, and eating lunch. A review of caregiver records, child records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and the child care space was conducted. A citation is listed on the violation notice.
