Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 8 2023 between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. Children were observed napping, having rest time, and participating in quiet activities. A review of staffing records, child records, evacuations, household records, menu and food was reviewed and inspected. A violation is cited on the violation notice.
