Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 09/15/2025 and completed on 09/15/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:10am and ended at 10:55am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present with four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
