Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed an unannounced monitoring inspection on 6/6/2023. The inspector was on site from 10:30am until 1:10pm.

There were 106 children under the care of 17 staff. The ages of the children ranged from two to eleven years old. The children were observed during indoor free play, outdoor play, lunch, and naptime. Six children?s record, four medical record and five staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
