Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 20 2022 between 10:30am and 11:45am. There were 8 children (20 points) in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed coloring, playing with toys, and reading books. Violations are noted on the Violation Report.
