An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 11 2024 and completed on December 11 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 13. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site.
