Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on February 5, 2026 and completed on February 5, 2026, as a part of current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 25. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
