Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/21/2021 and concluded on 12/21/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present, with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's record and 1 caregiver records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the provider did not ensure to have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Evidence:
The provider's most recent certification in CPR expired 10/2021. The provider took an online CPR course dated 12/21/21 and plans to schedule the in-person portion to complete the training and obtain a certification.
Plan of Correction: The course was started in 10/2021 but was not completed until 12/2021. Thecourse was completed fully on 12/23/21.
