This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was conducted on 8/15/22. The in-charge person was contacted by FaceTime to conduct the inspection. There were no children present and no staff present. The inspector reviewed the a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed the staff record for the staff member who will working with the regulated portions of the program,
