Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/02/2021 and concluded on 12/06/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 2 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 2Evidence:
1) The morning snacks listed in the menu were missing one nutritional component. The provider stated that the second component would be milk that they offer everyday but it was not listed in the menu.
Evidence:
1) The record for Staff #3 (start date 09/27/2021) contains a fingerprint-based criminal history check determination letter dated 10/26/2021.
