Inspector Notes
An unannounced in person renewal inspection was conducted on 10/14/21 from 10:00 to 10:45 am. There were 11 children (27 points) present with 2 caregivers. The children were observed in free play. A walk through of the family day home was conducted including the outdoor space. There were no medications on site. 3 children's records, 1 household member and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed, which were submitted electronically. The emergency drill records and supplies were current.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at mahrukh.aziz@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
