Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/3/23 from 9:15 am to 10:30 am. There were 12 children (36 points) present in direct care and supervision of 3 staff supervising. The children were observed playing outdoors, eating morning snack and playing with toys. There were no children with allergies or medications. 3 children's records, 3 caregiver's records, 1 household member's record, attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. A walk through of the family day home was conducted.

1. Caregiver # 1's most recent TB screening was completed on 3/25/21.
2. An updated TB screening has not been obtained to this date.
Evidence: Caregiver # 1 was observed cleaning children's hands with baby wipes instead washing hands with soap and water before they ate morning snack outside.
