Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/13/2023 and concluded on 1/13/2023. There were 44 children directly supervised by 6 staff members. Children were observed arriving to the program, individual activities, number line, picture matching, addition, and art project. The physical plant, 3 child records, 4 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of medications and Owner interview, the licensee is not ensuring that the services are maintained in compliance with the standards.
Evidence: Child #1 medication expired on 12/2022.
Plan of Correction: The parent will be contacted today to bring in a medication that has a current expiration date.
