Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy and Health Inspection was conducted with in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no allergy plans to be reviewed. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 12/07/2022. The vendor record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR.

Based on a review of documentation and vendor interview, the provider did not complete the department?s health and safety update course. The provider completed the initial preservice training 11/2/2021 and was missing the updated training for 2022.
Plan of Correction: The vendor will complete the departments update health and safety trying for 2023.
