An announced training/consultation was conducted with the provider on April 9, 2024 beginning at 12:42 p.m. and ending at 1:13 p.m. The licensing and director discussed standards pertaining to infant care. The discussed addressed supervision, daily activities for infants, and safe sleep procedures.
