An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 08/13/2024 and completed on 08/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 P.M. and ended at 1:40 P.M. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 15. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records. The provider and 3 household member records were reviewed. This inspection included document review, tour of the residence, interviews, and observations.
