This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.

A complaint inspection was initiated on April 20, 2022 and concluded on May 5, 2022. A complaint was received by the department on April 18, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The licensing inspector reviewed one child record, injury report, and discussed monitoring of sleeping children.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or laws. Therefore the complaint is not valid.
