Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:45 a.m. and ending at 12:15 p.m. with the provider and two assistants. There were nine children in care ages 7 months through 18 months for a total of 34 points.
Three caregiver records, three pet records and three children's records were reviewed. One medication, administration log and authorization were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. Emergency supplies including a complete first aid kit were reviewed.
Staff training hours were reviewed including first aid and CPR. The provider is current in Medication Administration Training.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
