Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on June17, 2021, in the areas of supervision & care of children. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on July 8, 2019 and findings were reviewed on August 19, 2021.
