An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on site on 7/25/2022. The inspectors arrived at 12:00 PM and departed at 1:45 P.M. Follow up interviews were completed on 7/27/2022. A complaint was received in the licensing office on 7/25/2022. The preponderance of evidence of ratio was supported and complaint is valid.

Based on observations, the center failed to ensure that the staff to child ratio was met.
Evidence:
1.On 7/25/2022 there were 22 children ages 2 ? to 5 years of age in the White Pine Room with two staff. The required ratio is for one staff for eight children. Three staff members were required.
