An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on site on 7/25/2022. The inspectors arrived at 12:00 PM and departed at 1:45 P.M. Follow up interviews were completed on 7/27/2022. A complaint was received in the licensing office on 7/25/2022. The preponderance of evidence of no lock down plan was supported and complaint is valid.
