Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 06/28/2023. There were 81 children, ages 5 months- 5 years and 15 staff providing direct care and supervision to children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of diapering, nutrition and non prescription topicals, The inspector arrived at 10:45 am and departed at 12:15 PM.
The information gathered during the inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid.
