Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/26/2026 and completed on 04/01/2026 with a local agency in response to two complaints received by the licensing office on 3/19/2026 and 3/25/2026 relating to allegations of Programs. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, observations, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
