Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

An announced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on August 24, 2021. The purpose of the inspection was to review materials and equipment to be used for infant care. The inspector reviewed diapering, infant feeding, infant play and sleep areas and discussed the need for gates to be installed to prevent access to stairs.

A recommendation will be made to lower the age range of children to be served to birth-12 years of age.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
