Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on August 10, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 10 years old. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

No violations of the supplement subsidy health and safety requirements were found.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Licensing Inspector at (804) 629-3923.
