Inspector Notes
An investigation was initiated on 12/12/22 and concluded on 2/23/23 in regards to a complaint received by the department regarding concerns about children's records and ratios. An on-site inspection was conducted on 2/23/23. Child to staff ratios were observed for each classroom and a sample of 5 children's records were reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
