Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 19, 2022 from 10:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M. There were eight children present, ranging in ages from three to four years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and three staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
