Inspector Notes

A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on January 31, 2023 from 9:45 A.M.-11:45 A.M. There were 13 children present, ranging in ages from three to five years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
