Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on January 11, 2023. There were nine children present with two staff supervising at the onset of inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interview, facility did not ensure there is a current list of all children's allergies, sensitivies and dietary restrictions maintained in each room where children are present.
