Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 11/28/2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from four to five years old with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures and medication. A total of five children?s records and five staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
