Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/30/2024. The center is on a provisional license. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:40 am-10:35 am. There were 21 children present, ranging in ages from 13 months to 5 years, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and background checks. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
