An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 8/8/2024. The on-site inspection began at approximately 9:50 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
