Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/04/2025 and completed on 12/12/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/02/2025 relating to allegations in the areas of supervision of children, and behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 2 staff records on site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
