An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/7/2025 and completed on 10/7/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:18AM and ended at 12:24PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present with 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on site. This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Each center shall maintain and keep at the center a separate record for each child enrolled that contains all of the required information. The records for Child 1, Child 2, Child 3 and Child 4, enrolled for one month, did not document previous daycares attended.
