Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including
telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the
program (if applicable).

A modification inspection was initiated and concluded on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 regarding the provider's request to add an extra classroom and increase the capacity to the program's existing license. The inspector conducted a virtual inspection of the classroom and required posting, equipment/materials and first aid/emergency supplies. The inspector obtained all required information for this request to include building diagrams/floor plans, measurements, and certificate of occupancy. There were no violations cited.
