Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection at 7:25am. Observed 2 children + 3 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed arriving to the program and playing a table game with a staff person. The program areas were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. An area of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed was found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
