Inspector Notes
A mandated in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on April 13, 2023 from 4:15pm until 5:00pm. There were 25 children in care with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed finishing afternoon snack and washing hands. Staff were helping children get games and other art materials. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff certifications were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
