Inspector Notes

A monitoring code compliance inspection was conducted; there were 4 children present with 1 staff supervising. Children were observed coming in from outside and during rest time.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to have posted the fact that it is exempt from licensure in a visible location on the premises.
