Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from11:20am until 12:20. There were 3 children in care with one staff supervising.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 staff records and 3 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center staff did not undergo a background check in accordance with subsection B prior to employment or beginning to serve as a volunteer and every five years thereafter.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 had their fingerprint last completed 8/10/18.
