Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 9/11/25. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 and ended at 12:00. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care and 2 staff present. One child is enrolled but was not in attendance the day of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 child records and 2 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
