Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/16/2023 from 2:10 pm - 4:00pm. At the time of entrance there were 18 preschool children in care with 3 staff. At approximately 3:15 pm 21 school age children were observed with 4 staff.
The preschool children were observed during nap and transition from nap to afternoon snack. Outdoor play and free play was additionally reviewed. The school children were observed in preparation for snack.
Records reviewed for four children and six staff. Background checks were also reviewed for members of the YMCA of Emporia-Greensville board.

The information gathered found no violations of applicable CDC standards or Code.
