Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted, 10:45am to 11:40am. 8 children (23pts) were in attendance with 3 caregivers. The physical space, 3 children's records, Provider/household member/caregiver documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. All previous violations were reviewed and had been brought into compliance. Annual trainings for all 3 caregivers were completed. Children were observed during story time, painting and interacting with the caregivers. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
