Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 15, 2023 from approximately 9:30 am-11:45 am. Children were observed outside on the playground and engaged in station activiites. Six staff records and 9 children records were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
