Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The children were observed in their various classes engaged in center play, opening circle, art time, and reading time. The inspection started at 9:00 am and concluded at 11:00 am.
